01. From prototyping to final product in a day with live visual scribing
Problem
Visual scribes capture the conversation of a live event using both visuals and text. They often take a day to complete, and if the layout and space is not accounted for, it can cause of rework.  
Process
As such, it is important to quickly understand the flow of the event, decide on an initial layout which includes ensuring all texts and illustrations, and then add the details without causing any rework.
1) Rough sketch layout to see how texts and illustrations fit together
2) First layer – on-brand colours, elements, and capturing key points of the event
3) Adding finishing touches across text, annotations and illustrations
