After observing user pain points in interacting with the prototypes, I wanted to see if I could make the solution even leaner
To test the functionality of my design, I gave users a challenge to try find their way from the City to Kenthurst requiring them to use the search function. After user testing and observations, some changes I decided to make were:
- Search function was too complicated – I needed to simplify the function of finding bus routes
- Basic UI functions weren’t used as I hoped or were missing (e.g. zoom in and out function to see surrounding areas of the bus stop of where to alight)
