Reflections: if this was a real project to be rolled out...
Further observations, things to note, and reflections:

Some users didn’t seem familiar with the idea of a touchscreen bus stop sign. If this system was to be implemented, rolling out an educational video and materials to change peoples’ behaviours to familiarise themselves with this technology maximise its use.
- This change does not mean every issue with Sydney’s bus system will be fixed. However, I believe implementing this change would still be more useful than not.
