Defining end-to-end processes for a growing organisation with a service map / TwoCollaborate
Through highly interactive visual activities, I helped co-led facilitated workshops collecting preliminary data to build a prototype service map.
The outcome was a service map which defined cohesive, future state organisational processes, roles and products that were designed for users and teams for Street Side Medics.
