The only true way to validate a solution for a problem is through user testing. I shipped the minimum viable product and am currently gathering feedback.
I conducted user interviews with business owners and industry experts to observe their use of the app and gather insights to continuously improve the app. I received overwhelmingly positive feedback for my intuitive and user-friendly solution.
